Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during Mon-Fri - subject to payment and stock availability. Due to COVID-19 event, there have been some delays in delivering our customers' orders recently. Please allow 48 hours during weekends/holidays and additional 1-3 days.
Postage and packing charges are as follows:
FREE shipping on UK orders over £50
FREE shipping on Europe orders over £150
If the total weight of parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee maybe charged. We will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
1. UK (2-5 Business Working days) : 48hr tracking service by Royal Mail in the UK is charged at £4.50 per order.
2. Europe
(4-6 Business working days) - Delivery to Europe is charged at £14.00 per order for under 2kg.
Attempted Deliveries
All deliveries require a signature. If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. If you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.
Please contact us if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.
